DRIFT
DRIFT is a collaborative initiative founded in 2018 by a group of artists dedicated to supporting local talent at the intersection of digital technology and performance. Originating in response to venue closures, DRIFT hosted its first event in an empty warehouse on Deansgate and has since partnered with organizations like The Lowry to showcase Manchester-based creatives in poetry, dance, music, and digital art. After a hiatus during the pandemic, DRIFT is excited to return in 2024 to a new home, continuing its mission to foster creativity and collaboration in the community,

Night People
We are a cross-art collaboration company that blends the realms of dance theatre, audio-visual performance, and electronic music. We specialize in creating dance- theatre performances, interactive digital & dance installations and performance work through film and online platforms.
Our work delves into how movement, narrative, and a dynamic use of technology can profoundly transform spaces and engage diverse audiences. We work extensively across Manchester and the North of England to provide exciting, electric events & sociable performances that cater for all.
Our work exists on stages, in clubs, deep in the rave scene or pops up across festivals and outdoor platforms. We love it all and enjoy bringing the Night People energy to new spaces, collaborators and audiences.
