Major waterfront scheme The Green Rooms tops out
Located adjacent to BBC offices on the Manchester Ship Canal, directly opposite ITV’s ‘Coronation Street’, Manchester United’s Old Trafford stadium, and Imperial War Museum North, The Green Rooms is nearing completion.
The project is being funded by a joint venture between Atlas Residential and IP Investment Management. The 19-storey tower will boast 238 apartments, a residents’ lounge, business lounge, gym, games room, and communal outdoor spaces right by the waterfront.
Together with investment manager IP Investment Management, the partnership acquired what is now The Green Rooms at MediaCityUK in September last year. This market-leading residential scheme is being delivered by MediaCityUK’s joint venture partners, Peel Land & Property Group and Legal and General Capital.
