11 Central bar and microbrewery based at Central Bay, is a brand new concept inspired by unexpected combinations. Things you wouldn’t necessarily expect, coming together to create intrigue and excitement. Elements of all shapes and sizes reacting in different ways to create wonder and surprise - just like us.
Our food offering includes a comforting bar menu with classics such as burgers & fish and chips to perfectly accompany your pint. We will also be offering a full Sunday Roast & Breakfast menu with the star of the show being our upper gastro a la carte menu featuring the likes of our Beef Wellington and Curried Monkfish dishes.
