Join us this winter for a series of engaging and creative workshops at Hot House, MediaCity brought to you by Creative Lab! Whether you’re looking to personalise your Christmas decorations, craft a beautiful wreath, or design unique Christmas cards, we have something for everyone. No prior experience is needed—just bring your creativity and festive spirit!
Bauble Bar Workshop

You’ll learn how to handprint a beautiful bauble to cherish year after year. This unique activity allows you to personalise your decorations and add a special touch to your festive season. Our workshop is designed for all skill levels. Our friendly host will guide you through the process step by step. During the workshop, you’ll work with high-quality materials, colourful paints and festive fauna to create your own custom bauble. By the end of the workshop, you will have a unique and personalised bauble to take home, a special creation that will brighten up your Christmas decor for years to come.

Upcycled Wreath Making Workshop

This workshop provides the materials and guidance to make your own 2 layer rag wreath to hang at home or give as a gift. Rag wreathing is a simple and relaxing craft but the results are stunning. You will have a wreath in the colours you choose to display for years to come.

Collage Christmas Card Workshop

Enjoy some festive fun at our free Christmas Card Making Workshop. Enjoy an array of supplies including colourful papers, stamps, glitter, and more to create your own one-of-a-kind Christmas cards. Whether you want to create your own fully bespoke design or follow a pattern, you’ll take home a selection of beautiful handmade cards.
