What’s on

Join us for a special extended opening of Monad

Until 22 December!

A huge light projection artwork that can be experienced from the waterside steps.

Monad is an incredible water-based artwork, and was a highlight of this year’s Lightwaves Salford presented by Quays Culture, and a favourite with visitors. Created by Norweigan artist Anastasia Isachsen, consits of a huge speactacular video projection using a must of water as a screen accompanied by a emotional musical soundtrack by renowned jazz composer Arve Henriksen.

You can enjoy the magical experience of Monad daily until 22nd December, 4pm-10pm as part of our Winter programme.

Lightwaves Salford is part of the Quays Culture Programme, a partnership initiative with a mission to animate public spaces, bringing extraordinary art and culture events into the heart of the community for everyone to experience free of charge.
