LPC Invest triples in size in first year of MediaCityUK move
MediaCityUK based, independent property investment specialist, LPC invest, has more than tripled its workforce within their first year of moving to MediaCityUK and have employed their apprentice a permanent professional role.
Set up by partners, Lee Chettoe and Louise Wareing in 2018, the company moved to MediaCityUK in 2019 and has since experienced rapid growth and turnover. The growth of the company has seen the SME take on new investment consultants, develop their marketing team and offer their first apprentice, Emily Trowell a permanent role in their marketing department. The company has also seen in-house promotions with Paul Cooper moving into Senior Sales and Sourcing Manger and David Smith taking on the role of Sales Manager.
Paul Cooper Senior Sales and Sourcing Manager said:
“We chose to base ourselves in MediaCityUK because we wanted to work in a vibrant environment and attract the highest calibre of staff and developers. ‘Arrive’ has offered us amenities, community and the opportunity to work alongside likeminded people. With the expansion of the team and growth of the LPC Invest, we knew that we wanted to stay in MediaCityUK – we are delighted to have been able to do that.”
With over a decade of experience in the property industry, Lee Chettoe founded LPC Invest to find UK wide property investment opportunities for clients based in the UK and internationally. The importance of building relationships with clients and offering genuine, impartial advice has helped the business go from strength-to-strength.
Lee Chettoe, Managing Director of LPC Invest said:
“I am pleased by the success LPC Invest has experienced in its first year since moving to MediaCityUK. The due diligence we perform on every seller ensures that our clients only invest in the best opportunities, mitigating risk wherever possible. We now have relationships with most property developers in the UK therefore we have an expansive variety of opportunities to meet our client’s investment goals. We are delighted to have been able to offer our apprentice Emily a permanent role and we hope that 2020 brings further opportunity to grow as a business and in MediaCityUK.”
Emily Trowell, Digital Marketing Assistant and former apprentice said:
“Although I have only been with LPC Invest for a short time, I have been supported to chase my career and aspirations within the company and I’m delighted to have been taken on in a full-time role. I truly feel supported by the LPC Invest team and they have given me the confidence to take alternative routes in building my career.”
By working with the MediaCityUK property team LPC Invest’s needs for a larger office to accommodate their growing team has been met and they were able to stay in the building they love. The ‘Arrive’ concept offers comfortable, flexible, co-working space, with a focus on community.
Chris Reay, Property Director for MediaCityUK said:
“It is fantastic to see LPC Invest doing so well. SME’s hold a very important role in our economy and in MediaCityUK. It is important that we create workspaces and clusters which serve the needs of these businesses which is why we are developing and expanding the ‘Arrive’ concept to other buildings this year. Place and a connected community is at the heart of everything we do here in MediaCityUK.”
