Turtle Bay to open new restaurant and bar at Quayside MediaCity
Caribbean restaurant and bar Turtle Bay are set to open their first restaurant in Salford this August at Quayside MediaCity. The brand new 180-cover restaurant will create 60 new jobs.
It will be the third Turtle Bay to open in Greater Manchester, with two restaurants already in Manchester city centre.
Turtle Bay will be bringing their soulful Caribbean-inspired menu, unrivalled tropical cocktails and reggae beats to Salford where jerk fans can enjoy inside the brand’s trademark beach shack-style restaurant overlooking the world class arts centre The Lowry and MediaCity.
Turtle Bay’s all day food menu boasts a wide selection of Caribbean soul food and grazing options from their island-inspired breakfast dishes, to the jerk pit barbecue, buddha bowls and small plates. With vegan and vegetarian options as well as vegan cocktails, there’s something for all tastes and occasions, from drinks with the squad to date nights and family dinners.
Customers will also be able to enjoy Turtle Bay’s delicious rum-based cocktails as 2-4-1 every single day. Happy Hour runs from 10am-7pm daily, with the Late Happy Hour from 9:30pm Sunday-Thursday and from 10pm Friday and Saturday.
Their famous Bottomless Brunch will also be available at the new site; a two-hour long Caribbean cocktail and brunching experience, including unlimited tropical cocktails, mocktails, Red Stripe and prosecco.
Turtle Bay Salford is also looking for people to join Turtle Bay with a range of positions available both front and back of house, to find our more, visit the website – https://turtlebay.co.uk/restaurants/salford-quays
